Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping – UK.
All UK orders are sent out using Royal Mail Tracked delivery service. Orders that are in stock are generally shipped next working day. You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched with your tracking details.
Shipping – Overseas.
We ship our jewellery all over the world. Orders that are in stock are generally shipped next working day. Your order will be sent out via International Royal Mail Tracked, this can in some cases take up to 30 days.
You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched with your tracking details.
Please be aware that customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.
Returns and Exchanges.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our jewellery, you can return it for a refund or exchange. Returning items from overseas will be at the cost of the customer. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We cannot refund or replace items lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.
All items need to be returned within 90 days. Postage will not be refunded.
Please note that in some instances refunds can take between 10-21 days to reach your account.
